ENERGIEwandel - Business Club for Renewable Energies was created and is operated by Holger Herbst and Martin Reitzig with full energy and passion.

Holger Herbst

Holger Herbst - was able to collect and later efficiently use valuable experiences in the fields of banking, property and hotel development and international projects on Renewable Energies, for customers and projects. More and more he became ecologically conscious - besides a deep hope to make something sustainable for us and next generations and to be successful. Best of all is to initiate ecological care and assistance projects and at the same time to get new technologies off the ground and to develop power plants in the fields of wind, solar and geothermal energy. Ergo act humansitically, ecologically and economically sustainable! But how? "Collectively with Martin Reitzig, the idea of ENERGIEwandel business club was born. Together, we have developed a sustainable assistance concept in order to promote sustainable projects with a solid strategy. Now ENERGIEwandel – Business Club for Renewable Energies is set off! I am already happy to be able to notify you the first successes!"

Martin Reitzig

Martin Reitzig has done master’s degree in International Business & Management in London and is corporately involved in the field of (eco)-marketing and finance since about ten years. The topic of sustainable Investments and Renewable Energies has been already close to his heart for a long time and that led to the foundation of ENERGIEwandel in the end: "When I was young, I understood that economic systems like those that are used in the last few decades were not sustainable, in other words fit for the future. More and more ecological and economical substructures of future generations are destroyed. So, during my studies on Economic Sciences and International Business & Management I focused on opportunities that offer a professional marketing and a valuable financing approach to cause positive effects on the customer/investor and in the society.  That brought me to write my master thesis at that time on 'Green Investments and Sustainable Development'. Due to this passion and chances that arise from the global economic change for sustainable enterprises I have founded Green Capital Consult more than 5 years ago and am since then involved almost exclusively in different fields of Renewable Energies and Sustainable Investment. In order to support these fields with greater power, I have initiated ENERGIEwandel together with Holger Herbst."

Andreas Hermann

Andreas Hermann - has valuable knowledge and skills in the development and programming of databanks and web portals, in carrying out web-based marketing strategies as well as in management of many companies. It is very normal for him to use water economically and to consume as little as possible local and exogenous energy and to use a motor vehicle only if it’s really required. Accordingly, as he was confronted with the idea of ENERGIEwandel Business Club his reaction was: “Finally, I can use my professional knowledge from virtual worlds actively in valuable projects that serve for our nature and environment.”

Marc Heidemann

Marc Heidemann is studying communications design at the Hanseatic Academy of Marketing and Management in Munich. The HAMM is ranked among Germany’s leading educational institutes for marketing, media and design. Marc Heidemann is involved in the field of Renewable Energies since 2005. At BUND e.V. as well as at the Jugend im BUND e.V. he already designed his first educational project with a focus on renewable energy technologies and sensitization of young population for such topics in 2007. In 2009, he obtained together with BUNDjugend Schleswig-Holstein the “Stark prize” for honorary office of Land of Schleswig-Holstein for his engagement in the scope of “Climate-savior” project.
